Why then would you put a cast forged torsion key made overseas on your 50k+ truck???

When you put larger wheels and tires on your truck, torsion keys take extreme
pressure far exceeding manufactures OEM specifications. While some “Forged”
torsion keys meet these OEM levels, they were never designed to exceed these
factory OEM design standards. Larger heavier tires exceed these OEM tolerances!

Precision CNC manufactured from a single billet block of 4130 Chromoly steel. This SAE J404 alloy steel is the same steel used in NASCAR, NHRA and Off-Road fabrication parts. While billet Chromoly 4130 steel is not cheap, it is simply the best material to manufacturing high strength Chevy/GMC Torsion keys from. After our in-house manufacturing process and heat treating, we then coat all our 4130 Torsion keys with a special Velocity Stealth Black Nitrate Oxide coating. This coating insures 100% positive engagement of the torsion bar and keys and keeps corrosion at bay. Powder coat and cheap paint finishes can cause you to loose up to 10 thousands of engagement and accelerate torsion bar end wear and easily chip and peel.
